Hello, Since 2 month we have been trying to get our house refinanced and have Spruce Energy temporarily remove the lien on our house /solar panels in order to clear our title and for the bank to be able to move ahead and approve financing. I did already pay the required fee and send the documents required to the company. However they still have not cleared our title.

We (Bank and I) have been communicating with them almost daily and they send the same message over and over again without answering any of the questions or giving supportive advise how to solve this problem. They are no longer communicating with myself nor the bank nor my husband. Additionally we also ask for a payoff information, they have not responded to this request either.
