I noticed you were considering overages to make money, do you have any questions about getting started?"Just closed an overage for a condo association, a ""mere"" $190,164.31...lol. AND I owe it all to your: Overage Course, PI Course, and Overage Workshop Event. I was able to track down the HOA's Directors/Officers by using the tips, tricks, etc. in the above programs.  Since March 2018, I have now closed 8-overages totaling $640,419.  I ""love"" putting people, who lost their home/asset, back with monies that are rightfully theirs.  Thank you, thank you, thank you to you, Bob, Ed and the rest of the Bob Diamond staff."
